If You Lost Your BungeeBones Link ID Number
Login to your BungeeBones User Control Panel and you will have your link(s) displayed to you with the related link info. Towards the right side of the row are 3 buttons (Add Widget( or Manage if you already entered page info), Modify and Delete). If you mouseover any of them you will see your link id in the url (it is called “selected_link” in some of them). You can right click and “save link location” if you like, and paste it to get a better look

If you have the directory installed, and all the first page categories are there, but when you click on them it returns you to the same page
This is caused usually by a configuration error.
First, mouseover one of the category links and look in the browser bottom tool bar (lower left) for the link’s address or right click to get its properties.
What is the domain name in the address?
If the domain name is missing it is because there is no one with the number you used as an affiliate number in the BungeeBones database. It is the equivalent of the recording saying “Sorry that number is not in service. Please check the number and try again”.
If you have the directory installed and all the first page categories are there but when you click on them and you get a “page not found” error
Likely Cause 1 -> This is usually caused by either not using the proper page naming convention as described (it should be ?page_id=xxxx (with xxxx being your pages’s id number)
Fix ->go to your plugin’s config file (wp-content/plugins/bingeebones-remotely-hosted-web-directory/bunbones_config.php and enter the correct page id and format (see Number 4 in instructions).
or,
Likely Cause 2 -> BungeeBones has the wrong page name in its database for your web site
Fix -> Login to your BungeeBones user control panel at www.BungeeBones.com/bungee_jumpers and click theManage button to the right of your link. There you will be able to find the link to edit your BungeeBones configuration to match where the page has been installed in your blog.(See items 5-7 on the installation page).
You have the directory installed, there are no categories displayed
Likely cause -> Mis-typed or wrong punctuation around the BungeeBones short tag on the page.
Fix -> Let’s retrace the process on the page you created to hold the directory. You need to enter [bungeebones] on the page. No quotes.
