Terms of Service Agreement
By registering for a BungeeBones.com account, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations regarding our service. Your use of the BungeeBones.com service constitutes your agreement to the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth below. In addition, our service shall only be used in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
Email Notifications Required
BungeeBones is a dynamic and constantly changing advertising environment and we need to keep users informed. You agree to receive occasional service announcements via email from BungeeBones.com. These announcements will be used to provide information about your advertising and marketing status and/or changes to your existing link(s).
PrivacyEmail addresses of our customers are kept, to the best of our ability, private and will never be sold or divulged to outside third parties.
Web Site Content
To ensure that our directory contains valid, quality web sites, we require that any web site listed contain useful and original content or information. Web sites using languages other than English may be permitted if the websites meet the other terms and conditions. We do not allow the web sites containing pornography, racist information, warez downloads, excessive popups, satanic, witchcraft or illegal content. In addition, we do not allow "FFA" or "Link Farm" type sites which contain only keywords/search results for specific terms.
We do not allow the BungeeBones script to be installed on a blank website without any content and become a "directory" site. We do not allow it to be installed on web sites that contain only single pages or pages with the sole purpose of manipulating search engines.
BungeeBones.com reserves the right to exclude or remove any web site from our directory and/or disable service of its script to any site which we deem to be in violation of these Terms of Service.
Human ReviewEvery website submitted to BungeeBones will undergo human review and a rating process. Most ratings (except an initial "peer" rating by the BungeeBones administration) are conducted by independent webmasters such as yourself or the public. If you believe you have received an unfair rating submit a review request to BungeeBones.com.
No Submission Limits
We do not limit the number of web sites a user can submit but we limit a URL to one free category only. Subsequent additions of the URL to additional categories require payment of fees. Web sites must be relevant to the category in which they are listed. Each website also agrees to have their website reviewed and rated by BungeeBones members and the public. We provide a simple five star rating system that is based on the relevancy of the site's category, title, and description to the site's actual content.
Fees
BungeeBones provides that you can place an unlimited number of links ONE TIME EACH for free in any category. A free listing is subject to having its position in the display changed, however, and it will always be in a secondary position to paid links in that category. There is a 20 link per page display limit. If you select a high population category your link may only appear in the lower pages. After all paid links have been displayed then free links are displayed ordered according to their seniority with the oldest, most senior listings first. Webmasters can move their listing to other categories or sub-categories at any time but will be reviewed again and will not be displayed during that brief time.
After you have added your free complimentary link you have the option to pay a modest monthly fee and enter that link in as many categories as you wish. Prices vary among the different categories. Various price "slots" are available and provide a competitive environment for webmasters to position their link according to their own budgets and preferences. Payment is through PayPal.
Payment To Websites
BungeeBones pays web sites when paid positions are sold to anyone that registered through their website's installation of the Distributed Web Directory script. BungeeBones pays a 50% commission on all paid inclusion sales generated by the webmaster's site and will continue to pay that commission for as long as the paid link customer continues payments.
BungeeBank Account
A user establishes a BungeeBank account either automatically when they host a web directory, automatically through receiving a gift certificate from BungeeBones, or manually through their User Control Panel. Advertising purchasers need to half a sufficient balance in their account to cover their purchases. They can deposit to their account either through PayPal or commissions of paid link sales via the web directory script installed on their website and/or their web directory downlines.
Personal Accounts
Those who advertise and/or install the BungeeBones Distributed Web Directory script on their own website and operate according to our Terms of Service BungeeBones will have their their own BungeeBank account. Advertising fees are deducted to these accounts, refunds returned to them and commissions are paid to them. For those without a source of BungeeBones funds (i.e. commissions or vouchers) they must "pre-load" their account with Paypal in order to purchase advertising. Current settings enable initial funding with as little as $5.
Advertising Fee Refunds
Fees are paid and pro-rated according to a first-of-the-month billing period. Users can (and regularly do) cancel a particular monthly pre-paid puchase in order to purchase another position in a manner similar to an auction. When an order is canceled their BungeeBank account will be refunded the remaining, pro-rated balance of their pre-paid fee.
Withdrawing Funds
BungeeBones will disburse regular payments to webmasters the first of each month to any site with more than $25 in elible account balance. "Eligible account balance" are amounts greater than the sites previous 30 day advertising amount. In other words, BungeeBones will pay your advertising fees from your commissions and then, if there is more than $25, will send it to you via PayPal.
Closing An Account
Users submitting requests to close their BungeeBank account will receive their remaining balance. The only exception is in cases of "level stuffers". Level stuffing consists of placing websites owned by the same owner(s) under each other to receive higher commissions. In such cases BungeeBones reserves the right to place a hold on any amounts in the account pending investigation of whether commissions were wrongfully received through level stuffing.
When a customer's BungeeBank account has been canceled they are no longer eligible to receive commissions nor purchase paid link positions but are still welcomed to leave their link listed under the terms and conditions of the free link program.
Maintenance Of Links
it is hoped our webmasters participate actively in BungeeBones by logging back in on occasion to maintain their link. By this we mean that they may want to move their link to a different category or begin paying the fee to keep their link in their current page postion. Webmasters will be notified by email regularly of their link position changes. In a case where the webmaster doesn't actively participate they may find their link gets "bungeed" which means it will be automatically moved further back and away from the top level by BungeeBones.
Long Term Residual Income
While most affiliate programs pay commissions for the initial sale BungeeBones makes long term residual payments for as long as the advertiser pays advertising fees.
Free Network Marketing Opportunity
As a result of the type of product BungeeBones offers (i.e. web advertising) an obvious observation to even the casual onlooker is that those who purchase our advertising also have the means to advertise us (i.e. all the webmasters listed in the directory) because they, too, have websites (otherwise they wouldn't be adding a link would they?). They too could host our distributed web directory script and add to the the traffic volume we deliver. So the offer for their joining us in
direct sales is an obvious extension to our offering them advertising in the directory. The network marketing comnnection occurs when a website who joined (i.e. added either a free or paid link) also adds the directory to their site. Their sales and earnings result in override commissions to their 'upline" where they first registered.
NO fees are charged for our script nor for the web directory management services nor for the netwrork marketing opportunity. BungeeBones wants their web traffic and their link listing. It is a completely free network marketing program and opportunity for anyone with a qualified website.
No "Level Stuffing"
A user who registers at their own website again as a different user in order to achieve a higher commission split will be removed from this program, their link(s) will be removed and their commissions will be forfeited. Ownership by a subsiduary constitues ownership by the same user.
To avoid this situation simply add your websites from the same user account.

Termination of Service
BungeeBones.com reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time for such abuse as category or content manipulation intended to misdirect directory users or for misrepresenting website ownership.
